Berkeley Bottled Water

Berkeley Club Beverages has recalled more than 1,000 water bottles that may contain coliform bacteria. The FDA notice for this recall does not indicate whether E.coli specifically was detected in the impacted products.

 

CIBUS Fresh Autumn Turkey Sandwiches

CIBUS Fresh has recalled its Autumn Turkey Sandwiches because the brie cheese spread might have Listeria. These sandwiches were sent to Walmart and other major outlets in six states: Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee.

 

2023 Chevy Express and 2022 – 2023 GMC Savana Vehicles

The General has issued a safety recall for certain units of the 2022 to 2023 Chevy Express and 2022 to 2023 GMC Savana vans related to a control module defect that can cause a brief lockup of the rear wheels or a sudden change in direction at low speed. This can increase the risk of a crash or accident, since the glitches occur unexpectedly.

 

2024–2025 Mazda CX-90 and CX-70 Vehicles

Mazda is recalling certain 2024–2025 CX-90 and 2025 CX-70 models due to several software-related issues. About 81,000 models have faulty dashboard electrical supply units and another 45,000 have software issues that could cause a loss of drive power while in operation.

 

Tesla Cybertrucks

Tesla has been forced to recall more than 57,000 Cybertrucks due to several issues, including a front wiper motor malfunction, a trim piece that can detach during operation, and a drive inverter that could lead to power loss. 

 

New Cosmos Combination Gas and Carbon Monoxide Alarms

New Cosmos USA is recalling all Combination Natural Gas and Carbon Monoxide Alarms due to a failure to alert consumers to the presence of natural gas and the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. After alerting consumers to the presence of natural gas or carbon monoxide, the recalled alarm can go into sleep mode when the alert lasts less than four minutes. During this time, the alarms can fail to detect and alert consumers to any new incidence of natural gas or carbon monoxide.

 

Stokke YOYO³ Strollers

Stokke is recalling YOYO³ Strollers due to an injury hazard. The parking brake on the recalled strollers can suddenly disengage.

 

Hallmark Cad Bane Christmas Tree Ornaments

Hallmark has recalled its Cad Bane Christmas Tree Ornaments due to a risk of mold exposure. The brown paint on the exterior of the recalled Christmas tree ornaments did not fully dry before packaging, causing mold to grow on the exterior surface of the ornament.

 

Medical King Adult Portable Bed Rails

Medical King recalled about 222,000 Adult Portable Bed Rails due to serious entrapment and asphyxia hazards. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. One death was reported.
