Meet William Brown

William Brown is a seasoned trial attorney with more than three decades of experience in criminal and civil litigation. A retired Marine Corps officer, decorated combat veteran, and former military judge, Mr. Brown brings unmatched discipline, courage, and leadership to every case.

As a federal prosecutor for over 10 years, he prosecuted violent criminals, investigated corporate fraud, and championed civil rights enforcement. He has tried and supervised high-stakes cases involving murder, drug trafficking, and systemic misconduct—and earned some of the Justice Department’s highest honors, including the Director's Award for Superior Performance by a Litigation Team and the Award for Excellence in Civil Rights.

Mr. Brown is also a recognized trial advocacy instructor and holds an advanced LL.M. in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from George Washington University Law School. He is committed to delivering strategic, aggressive representation for his clients, both in the courtroom and at the negotiation table.

Since 1992, he has stood up for those in need—with empathy, integrity, and unrelenting resolve. Today, he is proud to continue that mission at Morgan & Morgan’s Savannah office, fighting for justice for everyday people.
