Biography Overview
Phil joined Morgan & Morgan in 2024 to establish the firm's workers' compensation practice in the Philadelphia office. Phil brings 25 years of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Federal workers' compensation experience to the Firm. His most recent experience came when he worked for a Fortune 100 insurance company as an in-house counsel defending multinational corporations. Phil looks forward to applying the lessons he learned there for the benefit of his clients at Morgan & Morgan.
Phil graduated from Dickinson College and then earned his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, he is admitted to the Federal District Courts in both the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Phil's extensive workers' compensation defense background provided him with unrestricted access and insight as to the strategies and tactics that insurance carriers use to shortchange injured workers. Phil is now perfectly poised to deploy that knowledge base for his clients at Morgan & Morgan. He has a passion for just outcomes and an incisive litigation style. Phil knows that it is a privilege to help people in their time of need and will do his utmost to secure the best possible recovery for every client he represents.
Phil is a lifelong Philadelphian who follows all five major professional sports teams with avid interest. He also enjoys golf, travel, good food and time with family and friends.
