Biography Overview
Originally from Virginia, Mr. Theus moved Tennessee in his second year of high school. He then proceeded to study at the University of Mississippi. After graduating, Mr. Theus moved abroad to teach English in Japan, but eventually felt the calling to return home and learn the law so as to better contribute to the lives of those around him.
While at the University of Mississippi School of Law, Joshua contributed as a member of the Housing Law Clinic as well as interning at the North Mississippi Rural Legal Services. After law school, Mr. Theus moved to the District of Columbia, then to Boston, Massachusetts, working in various fields of law such as immigration, landlord and tenant, and personal injury.
Now Joshua Theus has returned home to Memphis, Tennessee where he is an Associate Attorney at Morgan and Morgan. He is currently licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and the District of Columbia. Joshua Theus is committed to zealous representation of this firm's clients and helping to bring justice to those that need it.
