Trampoline Recall

A trampoline can offer hours of outdoor fun with friends and family alike, but only if the product is manufactured safely and without defects. Much like other products, a trampoline that’s constructed poorly or shipped without the proper safety features is an accident waiting to happen, and it’s only a matter of time until it breaks or causes injury to the user. Unfortunately, Super Jumper Trampolines, manufactured by Transasia Sporting Goods Manufactory Company, fall among these dangerous products, and any user who owns one should avoid using it entirely. According to the recall issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), these products arrive at consumers without the necessary reinforcement clamps that hold the unit together during operation. The CPSC knows of almost one hundred claims involving this defect, but there are likely more consumers who have these dangerous trampolines in their backyards and are unaware of the risk.

Defective products, like Super Jumper Trampolines, enter the market every year and put consumers at risk for injury, yet many manufacturers still fail to properly safety test their products prior to sale. However, this situation is different from most, as the target demographic for these trampoline products are children and younger individuals. Exposing an adult consumer to a risk of injury is one thing, but it’s especially unacceptable when it’s a young child who has no idea that the organization that made their favorite outdoor activity cared little about what happened once the product arrived. Transasia Sporting Goods Manufactory Co. should have enforced stronger safety regulations, and if you were injured by one of their defective products, you could be eligible to recover damages.

At Morgan & Morgan, we understand that the price for your pain is infinite, which is why we’re prepared to fight tirelessly for the compensation you deserve. Although a lawsuit won’t reverse the damage, it can allow you the financial ability to escape from the consequences of the situation and help you move forward. Our product liability attorneys are backed by the resources of America’s largest personal injury firm, meaning that we have the capability to take on a negligent organization of any size, including Transasia Sporting Goods Manufactory Co.
