The class action attorneys at Morgan & Morgan are investigating claims that knives affiliated with celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, television personality Martha Stewart and the Home Shopping Network (HSN) were falsely advertised and mislabeled as being manufactured in “Solingen, Germany,” a town world-renowned for its high-quality knife craftsmanship.

It has been alleged that these knives were actually manufactured in China and do not meet the standards of the “Solingen” label because they can quickly rust, chip and become dull.

In light of this information, the attorneys at Morgan & Morgan would like to hear from anyone who has purchased an Emeril or Martha Stewart brand knife marked “Solingen, Germany.” Consumers of this product may be able to take legal action to recover compensation for the cost of their knife sets, among other damages.
