Apple Watch Screen Defect Class Action Lawsuit - apple watch

Does Your Apple Watch Have a Screen Defect? Join the Class Action Lawsuit.

If your Apple Watch screen has detached, shattered, or cracked, you may be eligible for a class action lawsuit. Morgan & Morgan is a national leader in class action litigation.

While Apple introduced a screen replacement program for certain models of their Series 2 and 3 smartwatches, device owners have also reported detached, shattered, and/or cracked screens on first generation Apple Watches, including Series 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and SE, which are not covered by the replacement program. The recently released Series 7 watch may also contain the same defect.

Consumers are complaining that their Apple Watch has a screen defect that Apple is refusing to cover under the product’s limited warranty. Apple Watch owners have reported that the screens on the devices are:

(1) detaching from the body of their watches,

(2) developing hairline cracks, and

(3) even shattering in some cases.

These occurrences, owners say, manifested suddenly and unexpectedly and not due to damage to or misuse of the Apple Watch.
