I would like to thank Morgan & Morgan and staff for their assistance in getting my out of pocket money that the PIP did not pay for after accident. Since the other parties insurance alluded that they would have to consider if other medical bills were valid, I knew I needed help from someone. It is difficult to deal with an opposing insurance and my was no help at all after Pip ran out for medical costs. Individuals need help in these circumstances and I certainly did not know myself how to handle the situation since you are often at the mercy of opposing insurance.
