Babyjoy High Chairs

Costway has recalled the Babyjoy High Chairs due to entrapment and suffocation hazards. The recalled high chairs pose a fatal suffocation risk because they were marketed, intended, or designed for infant sleep, and they have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees in violation of the federal Safe Sleep for Babies Act. 

 

Style Life Eleven Baby Loungers

Wayfair is recalling the Style Life Eleven Baby Loungers due to a suffocation risk and fall hazard. The recalled baby loungers violate the federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Products because the sleeping pad is too thick, posing a suffocation hazard. The sides are too low to contain the infant and the loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard.

 

TRUBLUE iQ and TRUBLUE iQ+ Auto Belays

Head Rush Technologies has recalled its TRUBLUE iQ and TRUBLUE iQ+ Auto Belays due to a fall hazard. The recalled auto belay device can fail to retract, posing a fall hazard and risk of serious injury or death.

 

ARVA Neo BT Pro Avalanche Transceivers

ARVA is recalling all NEO BT PRO Avalanche Transceivers due to a risk of loss of emergency transmission. A fuse within the avalanche transceiver can be defective and cause power to drain from the battery.

 

Prestige Solo, Prestige Excellence, and Aerco Esteem condensing gas boilers

Triangle Tube has recalled its Prestige and Aerco Esteem Gas Boilers due to a carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning hazard. The boilers can release carbon monoxide (CO) due to delayed ignitions or component damage.

 

Canyon Speedmax CF Triathlon Bicycles

Canyon Bicycles USA recently recalled the Speedmax CF Triathlon Bicycles due to fall and injury hazards. The aerostem fork steerer tube on the recalled bicycles can crack or break.

 

2022–2023 Ford Maverick Trucks

Ford has announced a recall to undo a previous recall for 2022–2023 Ford Maverick trucks, as the previous recall software update solutions may not have been installed properly. Another software update should fix a remaining issue with the instrument panel and brake lights, each of which can contribute to a potential crash.

 

SinuCleanse Soft Tip Squeeze Bottle Nasal Wash System

Ascent Consumer Products is recalling one lot of its SinuCleanse Soft Tip Squeeze Bottle Nasal Wash System as it may be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus. Exposure to S. aureus can result in blood infections in users whose nasal mucosa may be compromised due to inflammation and mechanical injuries, caused by nasal irrigation.

 

Love Our Home Braided Crib Bumpers

Shenzhen Comfort Dream Home Textiles Co. LTD recalled its Love Our Home Braided Crib Bumpers due to the risk of serious injury or death from a suffocation hazard. Padded crib bumpers are banned by the federal Safe Sleep for Babies Act.

 

Nuby Stroller Fans

Luv n' Care has recalled its Nuby Stroller Fans due to a laceration injury hazard. The stroller fan’s housing allows consumers’ fingers to contact the fan’s blade.

 

2015–2017 Lincoln Navigators

Ford is recalling over 35,000 of its 2015–2017 Lincoln Navigators due to a suspected fire risk. LED logo lights on the vehicle outside mirrors may short circuit.
