Wemfg Children’s Multi-Purpose Bike Helmets

Wemfg has recalled all Multi-Purpose Children’s Helmets, sold exclusively on Amazon.com, due to a risk of head injury. The helmets do not comply with the positional stability, impact labeling, and certification requirements in violation of the CPSC federal safety regulations and can fail to protect children in the event of a crash.

Kirkland Severe Cold and Flu Plus Congestion Medicine

Costco has issued a recall for Kirkland Signature brand's Severe Cold and Flu Plus Congestion over concerns of foreign material contamination. Costco has not disclosed what the foreign material is or if injuries have been reported.
