Ford Bronco Sport and Escape Vehicles
Ford has issued a recall for 2021–2023 Bronco Sport and 2020–2022 Escape vehicles due to a fuel leak issue and risk of fire. Previous recalls that Ford issued in November 2022 and March 2024 initiated the initial repairs of these vehicles, but possible errors in the correction measures prompted the present recall. The recalled vehicles’ fuel injectors can develop cracks and leak fuel, which can reach engine heat components, producing a greater chance of underhood fire.
Safetussin Max Strength Multi-Symptom Cough, Cold, and Flu Tablets Blister Packs
Kramer Laboratories has recalled its Safetussin Max Strength Multi-Symptom Cough, Cold, and Flu Blister Packs due to a risk of child poisoning. The packaging of the products is not child-resistant, and a tablet can be pushed through the foil, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children as it contains acetaminophen.
E-Bully Youth All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)
Lil Pick Up is recalling its Youth All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) due to injury hazards and a risk of serious Injury or death. The handlebars pose a laceration hazard if the child rider’s body or head impacts the handlebars at a high rate of speed. Additionally, the parking brakes fail to hold, posing a collision hazard.
Babyjoy Convertible 6-in-1 High Chair Activity Centers
Costway has recalled Babyjoy Convertible High Chair Activity Centers due to entrapment and serious injury hazards. The leg openings in the seat of the stationary activity center are too wide and a child can become entrapped in it, and the tray can disengage and a child can fall.
Multifunctional Puzzle Crab Toys
Multifunctional Puzzle Crab Toys recalled due to a risk of serious injury or death from ingestion hazard. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning, and death.
Kentfield Solid Wood Eight Drawer Dressers
Modus Furniture International is recalling its Kentfield Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment hazards. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children.
Bebamour Baby Bath Seats
Bebamour has recalled its Baby Bath Seats due to a risk of serious injury or death to babies from drowning hazards. The bath seat is unstable and can tip over while in use, and the leg openings are too wide, allowing a baby to slip out of the seat.
Tissue Box Toy Sold With Fisher-Price 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Centers
Fisher-Price is recalling its Tissue Box Toy Sold With SnugaPuppy Activity Centers due to a choking hazard. The detachable tissue box toy can come apart, exposing the small support brackets.
Brunch & Go Stroller Toys
Fisher-Price has recalled Brunch & Go Stroller Toys due to a choking hazard. The yolk of the toy egg can crack and create small parts.
Long-Haul 5L ATV Gas Cans
Jonas C is recalling its Long-Haul Portable ATV Fuel Containers due to a risk of injury and death from burn, fire, and poisoning hazards. The closure for the product is not child-resistant.
2021 Audi Vehicles
Volkswagen Group of America is recalling more than 40,000 2021 Audi model cars due to a software error that may cause the instrument panel display to fail. Due to an aging flex-foil cable, a software error may appear in affected cars and cause the instrument panel display to fail, resulting in drivers losing access to important features like the speedometer, warning lights, speed and gear indicators, mileage, and more.
