Bright Builder Fort Kits

Intellio Toys has recalled all Bright Builder Fort Kits due to a battery ingestion hazard. The flashlight on the recalled kits violates the mandatory federal battery-operated toy regulation because the flashlights contain button cell batteries in a compartment that can be easily opened. When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death.

 

MJKSARE High Chairs

MJKSARE High Chairs have been recalled due to entrapment and fall hazards. The recalled high chairs violate the regulations for high chairs, as the leg openings on the high chair are too wide, posing an entrapment hazard to infants. The high chairs also pose a fall hazard as the tray can become disengaged from the product.

 

AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pumps

AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pumps have been recalled due to a fire hazard. The spa pumps can overheat causing the plastic housing to ignite.

 

GYM, PANDION, and PANJI Climbing Harnesses

Petzl America has recalled GYM, PANDION, and PANJI Climbing Harnesses due to a fall hazard. The harness can be put on backwards and the rope or carabiner can be attached to a non-weight-bearing leg loop elastic band.

 

Stanley Jr. Kids Garden Sets

Red Toolbox is recalling Stanley-branded Jr. Kids Garden Sets due to a lead poisoning hazard. The painted long hoe and rake of the recalled garden set contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban.

 

LUCID Platform Beds with Upholstered Square Tufted Headboards

CVB is recalling its LUCID Platform Beds with Upholstered Square Tufted Headboards due to fall and injury hazards. The recalled beds can sag, break, or collapse during use.

 

Wee Gallery Baby Tummy Time Gallery

Wee Gallery has recalled the Baby Tummy Time Gallery due to a risk of toxic material. The recalled Baby Tummy Time Gallery art card pockets have clear plastic coverings that contain levels of phthalate that exceed the federal phthalates ban.

 

NewMemo Children’s Ring Sets

Newmemo is recalling its Children’s Ring Sets due to the risk of lead and cadmium poisoning. The rings contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban and levels of cadmium that are prohibited in children’s products by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.

 

Polaris Sportsman ATVs

Polaris has recalled its Sportsman All-Terrain vehicles due to a fire hazard. The ATV can leak fuel at the fuel pump flange outlet.

 

Polaris 2024 RANGER XD 1500 and Crew XD 1500 ROVs

Polaris is recalling its Ranger XD 1500 Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs) with Winches due to a fire hazard. The winch wiring can overheat while in use.

 

Place & Time Battery-Operated Desk Lamps

Jo-Ann Stores have placed a recall on all Place & Time Battery-Operated Desk Lamps due to a fire hazard. The desk lamp’s battery compartment can overheat while using the USB charging cord.

 

Ceither Adult Portable Bed Rails 

Ceither has recalled its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to serious entrapment and asphyxia hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.

 

Caframo Cabinet Heaters

Caframo is recalling its Cabinet Heaters due to an electrocution hazard. The crimp holding a wire in place in the cabinet heater is not properly finished and can result in the wire detaching.

 

Anker Battery Pack and Speakers

Anker is recalling its popular 321 Power Bank, Anker 334 MagGo Battery (PowerCore 10K), Anker Power Bank, and Anker MagGo Power Bank, along with the Soundcore A3102 speaker and A3302 speakerphone, due to potential fire hazards from lithium-ion batteries.
