The following product recalls have been announced this week—make sure you’re in the know.

 

2023–2024 Honda Accord, 2025 Honda Civic, and 2023–2025 Honda CR-V

Honda is recalling more than 700,000 vehicles due to a fire hazard. The high-pressure fuel pump may crack and leak fuel. The recall includes the 2023–2024 Accord and Accord Hybrid, the 2025 Civic and Civic Hybrid, and the 2023–2025 CR-V Hybrid.

 

Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules

Towa Pharmaceutical Europe is recalling its Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules due to a cancer risk. The FDA is assigning the second-highest risk level to the recall after low levels of a cancer-causing chemical called N-nitroso-duloxetine were discovered during routine production checks.

 

McDonald’s Quarter Pounder

McDonald’s has recalled Quarter Pounders in certain after the CDC discovered a potential link between the onions used on the burgers and a recent E.coli outbreak. So far, there have been 49 illnesses, 10 hospitalizations, and 1 death reported.
