Defibtech RMU-2000 ARM XR

Defibtech has recalled its RMU-2000 ARM XR chest compression device after receiving reports of one injury and one death. The device features a piston that repeatedly presses down on the patient’s chest to mimic manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Affected devices have a problem in the motor that could stop compressions and delay therapy.

 

Great Value Apple Juice

Walmart has recalled nearly 10,000 cases of Great Value brand apple juice sold in stores across the U.S. that were found to contain potentially harmful levels of inorganic arsenic.

 

Perrigo Premium Infant Formula With Iron Milk-Based Powder

Perrigo is recalling its Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder over concerns that it contained levels of Vitamin D that are over the maximum permitted amount. The formula may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.

 

HALO 1000 Portable Power Station

HALO is recalling its 1000 Portable Power Stations due to serious fire and burn hazards. The lithium-ion batteries in the HALO 1000 Portable Power Station can overheat. One death has been reported.
