2020–2022 Subaru Outback and Subaru Legacy Vehicles

Subaru has recalled 118,723 of the 2020–2022 Subaru Outback and Subaru Legacy vehicles because of a problem with the airbags that may cause them to fail to deploy in a crash. A capacitor in the sensors for the Occupant Detection System (ODS) may crack and short circuit, which can prevent the front passenger airbag from deploying in a crash.

Berkley Jensen Citronella 72-inch Tiki Torches

BJ’s Wholesale Club has recalled about 90,000 Berkley Jensen Citronella 72-inch Tiki Torches after 2 people were burned. The recalled tiki torches can break open and/or fall off, which poses a risk of burn injuries and a fire hazard.

Black+Decker® Easy Garment Steamers

Empower Brands has recalled two million Black+Decker® Garment Steamers due to a burn hazard. The steamers can expel, spray, or leak hot water during use.

Endurance® Hand Bed Rails

Essential Medical Supply is recalling their Endurance® adult portable bed rails due to entrapment and asphyxia hazards. When attached to an adult’s bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.

Mainstays Electric Mini Choppers

Walmart has recalled all Mainstays Electric Mini Choppers due to a laceration hazard. The chopper’s blade can operate unexpectedly during assembly or when not enclosed in the container.

Thule RideAlong Rear-Mounted Child Bike Seats

Thule is recalling its RideAlong Rear-Mounted Child Bike Seats due to a chemical ingestion hazard. The harness padding of Thule RideAlong bike seats can contain flame-retardant DecaBDE in excess of regulatory limits. DecaBDE can be toxic if it is ingested or comes into contact with skin or eyes.

Forias Pack and Play Mattresses

Forias has recalled its Pack and Play Mattresses due to a suffocation hazard for infants and violations of the Federal Safety Regulation for crib mattresses. The mattress violates multiple provisions of the Safety Standard for Crib Mattresses, including the thickness test, and is missing the required warnings and labels.

2022–2023 Polaris Snowmobiles Equipped With PATRIOT BOOST Engines

Polaris has recalled 2022–2023 snowmobiles equipped with PATRIOT BOOST Engines due to a fire hazard. The fuel line between the fuel rails can leak and catch flame.
