In the blink of an eye, Matt Robinson's life took a dramatic turn. He was involved in a motor vehicle crash where he was hit on the driver's side door, causing his vehicle to flip and collide with a telephone pole. The impact was so severe that there was a strong possibility he would be paralyzed. However, Matt's immediate concern was simply surviving the accident.

Matt had been clean and sober for 13 years when the crash occurred. Being prescribed opiates post-accident was incredibly stressful for him, as he knew it would test his strength and resolve. Despite the physical and emotional challenges, Matt was determined to stay on the path of recovery.

“This was going to be the test. This was going to see how strong I really was,” Matt recalls.

Recognizing the importance of strong legal representation, Matt turned to Morgan & Morgan. As one of the largest law firms in America, Morgan & Morgan provided Matt with a sense of security and confidence. He knew he was in good hands, with over 50 professionals working diligently on his case.

With such robust resources, Matt was assured that he would receive the justice and compensation he deserved. This allowed him to focus entirely on his physical therapy and recovery. Thanks to the support from Morgan & Morgan, Matt found the transition off opiates after his surgeries to be manageable, and he now enjoys a great quality of life.

“Morgan & Morgan allowed me to focus 100% on my physical therapy. It was an easy transition off of opiates after the surgeries. My life is great right now. I think it's now time for me to give back. What I want to do is get my master's degree in addiction counseling and with the help from Morgan & Morgan, I have that opportunity and the time, the ability to do that now. And I'm very grateful for that.”
