Morgan & Morgan Field Events Team Debuts New Carnival-Style Activation at Monster Jam Orlando

On March 1, the Morgan & Morgan Field Events Team rolled out an exciting new carnival-style activation at Monster Jam in Orlando, designed to streamline the flow of attendees through our booth and reduce wait times. The results? A smash hit! Even at peak times, wait times stayed under five minutes, ensuring that everyone had a chance to participate without long delays.

To keep the energy high and engagement strong, we featured four different interactive games:

Spin Wheel: A classic fan-favorite where attendees could win exciting prizes.

Plinko: A thrilling drop-and-win challenge that kept the excitement going.

Claw Machine: Attendees tested their skills to grab prizes, adding an element of suspense.

Inflatable Axe Throw: A crowd-pleaser that brought out everyone's competitive side.

With these games, attendees had multiple options to participate and enjoy themselves, contributing to an impressive turnout. Over 1,200 people came through our booth within just four hours.

David Hanley and Joanne Vazquez volunteered their time to connect with eventgoers, answer questions, and showcase our firm's dedication to the community. We also had a special visit from attorney Jason Kimmel, who stopped by with his family to say hello and show support for the team.
