Morgan & Morgan has created a “Dunks for the People” campaign, with the firm donating $100 to the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund for every dunk scored
(Miami, FL) — Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, has entered into an agreement with the Miami HEAT to serve as an official sponsor of the team for the 2024-2025 season. In addition to the sponsorship title, the firm and the team will host a “Dunks for the People” campaign, where every time a HEAT player dunks a basket during the season, Morgan & Morgan will donate $100 to the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund.
The Miami HEAT Charitable Fund aims to positively impact the lives of at-risk families in the South Florida community by supporting organizations that focus on youth programs, education and health and wellness initiatives. The Fund supports organizations such as the Baptist Health South Florida & Miami Cancer Institute, the SafeSpace Foundation, an organization that supports victims of domestic violence, Up2Us Sports, which supports sports coaches of youth programs in the Miami area, and Home Strong, an organization that gives aid, support and recognition to any person who has been in harm's way in the military service.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the Miami HEAT and support the various charitable organizations they work with,” said Morgan & Morgan Managing Partner, Dan Morgan. “Given our firm’s solid presence in Miami, it made sense for us to partner with the HEAT and find a way to give back to the community that we work so closely with every day. We hope that with this partnership, the HEAT players are that much more motivated to score some dunks and put on a great show for all of their fans.”
“We are absolutely delighted to have Morgan & Morgan join the Miami HEAT family," said Vice President and Executive Director of Miami HEAT Charitable Fund Steve Stowe. "Through this partnership, for every Miami HEAT slam dunk, Morgan & Morgan will donate $100 to the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund, which will help support those in need in our community."
The partnership will also feature Morgan & Morgan’s branding on signage and videoboard features throughout the arena during Miami HEAT home games. Morgan & Morgan is also the presenting sponsor of radio coverage in both English and Spanish.
