Harvest Helpings Presented by Morgan & Morgan: A Thanksgiving Tradition in Jacksonville

On the Saturday before Thanksgiving, the Morgan & Morgan team in Jacksonville came together to make a difference at Harvest Helpings, an event presented by Morgan & Morgan in collaboration with Feeding Northeast Florida. Held at Lonnie C. Miller Park in Jacksonville, FL, the event was a huge success, with over 500 Thanksgiving meals distributed to families in need across the Northeast Florida region.

The morning was filled with smiles, laughter, and a sense of community as over 20 Morgan & Morgan team members worked side by side with Feeding Northeast Florida's dedicated team to provide food for those in need. The event featured a drive-thru food distribution, where families drove through the line and received a variety of food items for their Thanksgiving meals, including vegetables, canned goods, dry foods, and of course, turkeys. It was a seamless and efficient operation, all thanks to the teamwork and dedication of the Morgan & Morgan team.

To make the day even more special, the event featured a lively atmosphere with surprise guests like Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, a few elves, and of course, a friendly Thanksgiving Turkey walking around to spread some holiday cheer. The fun didn’t stop there—an awesome DJ was on hand to keep the energy high, with music that had everyone feeling festive and ready to give back.

The Morgan & Morgan team was out in full force, with Jacksonville attorneys and staff members volunteering their time and effort to make the day a success.

We’d like to share a special thanks to Attorney Jason Miller and HR Lead Melissa Rorabaugh, who were among the key attendees. Along with them were a host of other Morgan & Morgan team members who helped ensure the event ran smoothly.

Their teamwork and enthusiasm made the morning unforgettable, and it was a reminder of the positive impact Morgan & Morgan can make in the local community.
