Alabamaā€™s Own Patrick Montgomery Chosen as Super Lawyer Rising Star - congrats

Weā€™re happy to announce our own Patrick Montgomery was featured as one of Super Lawyerā€™s Mid-South Rising Stars. This is his second such award since 2014. His success and his commitment to fighting For The People makes him an excellent choice for the award.

Super Lawyers, owned by Thomson Reuters, undertakes a rigorous process when determining their choices for the countryā€™s finest lawyers. The company accepts peer nominations or identifies potential candidates, then conducts independent research based on a series of encompassing criteria.

Super Lawyers then uses its best and brightest finalists to help evaluate the remaining candidates. The organization publishes two lists, the Super Lawyers list and the Rising Stars list. The Rising Stars list includes attorneys whose age or practicing time donā€™t qualify them for the Super Lawyers list.

Montgomery got his start at Auburn University, graduating cum laude with an economics degree before receiving his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a member of the Alabama Law Review.

Before working for our firm, Patrick Montgomery worked in Birmingham as a partner for another law firm defending businesses in civil litigation covering wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, breach of contract, product liability, automobile and trucking negligence, and premises liability. He accomplished much in court, trying trying dozens of cases to jury verdict for his clients.

Montgomery is the managing partner at Morgan & Morganā€™s Mobile office. He moved to Mobile in 2014 and joined Morgan & Morgan to represent individuals and their families wronged by otherā€™s conduct. His practice currently focuses on personal injury, car accidents, mesothelioma, and medical malpractice.

Weā€™re proud of Patrickā€™s accomplishment and hope his success shines at our firm for many years to come.
