Tiffany Troutt

Biography Overview

Tiffany M. Troutt is a personal injury associate attorney in the Titusville, Florida office of Morgan and Morgan, P.A. Tiffany has been a local to the Space Coast since she was 15 years old.

In that time, she graduated from Titusville High School and 6 months later graduated with her Associate's Degree from Eastern Florida State College. She attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her degree in Legal Studies, during this time she was employed at the Brevard County Clerk of Court as a Civil EDP Deputy Clerk while interning for a local law firm as a legal assistant, and eventually paralegal. She followed receipt of her Bachelors Degree with going to the Dwayne O' Andreas School of Law in Orlando and getting her Juris Doctor. During her time in law school, she was a certified legal intern gaining trial experience before graduation while changing her role at the Brevard County Clerk of Court's Office to a Court Clerk position, where she sat as the Court Clerk on numerous trials and was routinely in open court. Tiffany proceeded to obtain employment as a Judicial Assistant under The Honorable David E. Silverman in Brevard County.

Upon graduation from law school in 2019, she passed the bar and accepted a position as an Assistant Public Defender in Brevard County. She was quickly moved to run her own courtroom and docket, not long after she was promoted to felonies. Tiffany advocated for her clients and handled thousands of cases, ranging from DUI's to Murder and Capital Sex Offenses. Tiffany gained a strong and extensive background in litigation handling jury trials as both first and second chair.

Tiffany's experiences in all aspects of the courtroom as a Clerk(behind the scenes and in the courtroom), Paralegal, Judicial Assistant, and Trial Attorney have created the confident attorney she is today. Tiffany is actively involved in the legal community with membership in the Vassar B. Carlton Inn of Court as an elected committee member for the 2023-2024 year, Brevard County Bar Association and the Brevard County Young Lawyers Division as an elected board member for the 2023-2024 year. She is also a Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator and Licensed Notary.

When Tiffany is not at work or legal events she enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and hosting her friends/family at her home.
