Thomas Cruz

Biography Overview

Thomas Cruz, raised in Hailey, Idaho, is a lawyer based in Boise, Idaho.  Mr. Cruz began his practice in a full-service law firm in Boise, with a majority of his caseload consisting of insurance defense cases.  Through his insurance defense work, Mr. Cruz represented clients involved in car accidents, insurance bad faith claims, breach of contract claims, and construction defect claims.  Mr. Cruz also represented a number of employers in harassment and discrimination cases.  

In addition to Mr. Cruz's insurance defense cases, Mr. Cruz also represented clients through business litigation, business formation, wage, and employment litigation, and served as general counsel to various entities.  Mr. Cruz also maintained a significant portion of his practice focused on estate planning.  

After working defense representing insurance companies and large corporations, Mr. Cruz eventually saw the light and realized that his true calling was to help protect injured individuals and enforce their rights.  Mr. Cruz's experience in insurance defense has provided him with great insight into what it takes to fight for the people.
