Biography Overview
Tania Ogden is native Floridian. She grew up in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Ogden earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University. She attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.
Ms. Ogden began her legal career in 1993 representing Debtors in bankruptcy court in Broward County and Dade County. After 3 years, Ms. Ogden changed directions, moved back to the West coast of Florida and began her career in workers’ compensation in 1996. She represented employers and insurance carriers for 6 years.
She served as Mediator for Judge Jack Weiss for 5 years. Ms. Ogden served as an adjunct professor at Ave Maria Law School, teaching a course in Workers’ Compensation. Ms. Ogden has devoted herself to representing injured workers for over 15 years.
Ms. Ogden is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. She hopes to serve the community in Southwest Florida and provide guidance for those injured or involved in a workplace accident.
