Shannon O’Shea joined Morgan & Morgan in 2021 and is based in Chicago, Illinois. Her practice at the firm concentrates on mass tort litigation (e.g., injuries caused by exposure to environmental toxins and pharmaceuticals). 

Ms. O’Shea received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. O’Shea practiced civil litigation for over 25 years in the practice areas of medical malpractice, insurance coverage, premises liability, product liability, construction negligence, environmental law, toxic tort law, and personal injury claims in state and federal court. Ms. O’Shea has extensive experience in trial practice, mediations, settlement negotiations and appeals.

Since joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. O’Shea has focused her work as a member of the Complex Litigation Division of Morgan & Morgan on analysis of documents and litigation support in mass torts, dedicated to providing personal service to her clients who have been injured by the negligence of large corporations.
