Biography Overview
Seth Dempsey is a trial attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s St. Augustine, Florida office. His practice focuses on premises liability, slip/trip and fall accidents, negligent and inadequate security, and animal attacks.
Mr. Dempsey was raised in central Florida and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court Board and winner of the C. Clyde Atkins Advanced Moot Court Competition.
Early in his career, Mr. Dempsey handled a wide range of complex commercial and construction litigation. Since 2010, Mr. Dempsey has dedicated his practice to representing accident victims. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he was a shareholder and vice president at a prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in St. Augustine. Mr. Dempsey has extensive experience litigating cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death, and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of individuals seriously injured due to the negligence of others.
