Sean Michael Crocker

Attorney
(407) 420-6929

Sean Michael Crocker was born in the working class city of Lowell, Massachusetts.  He moved to West Palm Beach, Florida as a child, and attended the University of Central Florida.  While in college, Mr. Crocker interned with a U.S. Senator helping to solve constituent issues, and after graduating with a Political Science degree, with University Honors, Mr. Crocker attended the Florida State University College of Law.

He earned his law degree in 2009, graduating cum laude.   While in law school, Mr. Crocker interned with the Florida House of Representatives, working closely with the Judiciary Committee.

Upon passing the Florida Bar in July 2009, Mr. Crocker began his practice of law working for a firm that solely defended some of the largest insurance companies and employers in the country.  Working with that firm for over a decade, Mr. Crocker eventually made partner, and honed his skills practicing exclusively in the field of Florida Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability.  Doing so allowed Mr. Crocker to gain valuable insight as to how insurance companies and employers view and evaluate workers’ compensation claims.

Mr. Crocker ultimately decided to use the knowledge and understanding he gained representing the defense side to begin exclusively representing injured workers, and joined Morgan & Morgan. Mr. Crocker is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating peer rating available.  Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Crocker volunteers with Give Kids the World, and other charitable causes.
