Biography Overview
Scott Noecker was graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where he was on Dean's List 9 of 12 quarters. He was graduated from Drake University Law School with honors, serving on the Drake University Law Review.
Mr. Noecker began his career defending physicians, hospitals and nursing homes, which he believes brings to his clients today a unique insight to the litigation process. He was a named partner in the firm Grower, Ketcham, More, Rutherford, Noecker & Eide before he began his representation of the injured.
In 2009, he joined Morgan and Morgan, P.A. in complex litigation. His areas of practice include wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, civil rights, and pharmaceutical liability. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Association of Justice, the Florida Justice Association and its medical malpractice subcommittee, the American Bar Association, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Noecker has authored more than 30 articles on health law, and is a contributing author of "A Legal Guide For Physicians" and "The Florida Healthcare Professional's Medico-Legal Guide."
