Biography Overview
Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, this Russian-speaking attorney has been a part of the personal injury field since 2016. Primarily experienced in personal injury, Mr. Diveev strives to utilize his skillset to provide his clients with quality and fine-tuned representation. Having gone through a traumatic accident that resulted in the amputation of Mr. Diveev's right foot, he relates to his clients on another level. As an amputee, Mr. Diveev can truly understand his client's injuries and the difficulties they can experience following catastrophic accidents.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Diveev had personal injury, immigration, and general civil litigation experience with several prominent law firms in Central Florida. Mr. Diveev has recovered many six-figure settlements for his clients over the years.
Mr. Diveev graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 3 years. While he was there, Mr. Diveev specialized in Comparative and International Law. Soon after, he attended the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law where he also graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Diveev specialized in Intellectual Property Law. In 2015, he received a Book Award for his performance in Admiralty and Maritime Law.
Mr. Diveev is admitted to the Florida Bar and is eligible to practice in all Florida State Courts, Mr. Diveev presently holds memberships with the Volusia County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida Workers’ Advocates, and National Organization of Veteran’s Advocates.
Mr. Diveev is an avid lover of cars and motorcycles. In his spare time, Mr. Diveev modifies cars and motorcycles. Mr. Diveev is a proud father of one and loves to spend time with friends and family.
