Biography Overview

Marcel Flemming  is a litigation attorney of the trial law firm of Morgan & Morgan in the Miami office. His background includes thirteen years as a defense attorney representing corporations, condominiums, malls, major department stores, hospitals, and physicians throughout the state of Florida.  Mr. Flemming has represented numerous clients in trial on automobile negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death and insurance dispute claims. Since joining Morgan & Morgan, his practice area is focused on obtaining the maximum recovery for the firm’s clients in personal injury claims against at-fault parties, corporations and insurance companies.
