Biography Overview
Majdi K. Sweis is an experienced civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on premises liability cases in the Manhattan, New York office. Mr. Sweis come to Morgan & Morgan with considerable experience litigating catastrophic casualty and personal injury claims across myriad general liability matters, including: commercial transportation, premises, product liability, toxic tort, environmental law and construction accident cases. He handles all aspects of a client file, including: pre-suit resolution, the filing of pleadings, written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediations, settlement and/or trial. He excels at efficiently employing strategic litigation solutions to arrive at the best outcomes for his grieved clients.
Mr. Sweis graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law, where he won First Place in the American Bar Association - Eighth Annual Mock Trial Competition on behalf of the law school's Bartlit Center for Trial Advocacy Program. For his Bachelor's degree, Mr. Sweis graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago with Highest Honors.
