Biography Overview

Kyle has leveraged his diverse legal career in every way that has guided his journey to join Morgan & Morgan as a Premises Liability attorney. Straight out of the Florida State University College of Law in 2000, Kyle served for 7 years in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as a JAG Attorney representing Soldiers in South Korea, Ft. Moore, Georgia, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba where he went above and beyond for his military clients. After honing his litigation skills defendant Soldiers accused of crimes, Kyle resigned from the Army in 2007, and settled in Columbus, Georgia where he continued to fight for those who fight for us through his criminal defense and personal injury practice, as well as serving as retained counsel for a growing Columbus company, Aspirion Health Resources. In 2018, Kyle closed his law office and joined the corporate world by serving as Aspirion's General Counsel, which was acquired by private equity. Kyle was a key member of the executive team member and advised the C Suite on all matters of law to include Labor, Real Estate, Hospital Lien Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Sale, which directly contributed to Aspirion’s growth and successful sale to a larger private equity firm in Chicago one year earlier than planned.
