Biography Overview
Kyle was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He graduated from J.M. Tate High School. He earned his undergraduate degrees from Pensacola Junior College and the University of West Florida. He went to law school at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2014.
Kyle started his legal career in Panama City, Florida, where he worked at a statewide workers’ compensation defense firm. While in Panama City, Kyle represented employers located between Destin and Tallahassee. Kyle moved back to Pensacola in 2016 to work at a well-reputed statewide insurance defense firm. He continued to represent employers in workers’ compensation cases. In addition, he broadened his practice areas to defend insured clients in automobile accidents, premises liability claims, construction defect claims, and various other matters. While gaining valuable experience representing corporations and insurance companies in all types of cases, Kyle decided to make workers’ compensation law his focus.
Kyle represents and champions injured workers throughout the state of Florida. With his experience in defending employers, Kyle has learned how best to help his clients obtain the benefits they deserve. Before he was an attorney, Kyle worked in various industries, ranging from landscaping to retail employment. He takes pride in representing injured workers because he has seen firsthand how easily one can become victim to a workplace injury.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys cycling, open water swimming, and running. He also enjoys following professional sports, especially major league baseball.
