Kimberly Mason

Attorney
(689) 219-2211

Kimberly B. Mason is an e-discovery attorney in the firm's complex litigation practice, where she provides detailed analysis of documents and litigation support.  Throughout her career, Attorney Mason has prided herself in providing high-quality service to her clients and has participated in a wide variety of practice areas, including family law, employment law, intellectual property, trust and estates, and disability/social security law.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Mason practiced family law and complex litigation at a firm in Concord, New Hampshire, where she took great pride in providing outstanding client service, thorough research, and detailed analysis in all her drafted documents.  She attended multiple successful mediations and regularly reviewed and analyzed discovery items and client-provided documents to support her cases.   Attorney Mason left no stone unturned and has a knack for finding the crucial details buried deep in documents and websites.  She has previously worked as an IP paralegal specializing in patent and trademark prosecution, a court intern for Massachusetts district and municipal court judges, and an intern for the Suffolk County District Attorney (MA).

Her philosophy as an attorney has been to give back and pay forward.  She was a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow during law school, where she taught constitutional law to Boston-area high schoolers while coaching them through a national moot court competition.  Since graduating she goes back to assist the program by acting as a moot court judge for the local competition.  She is also a panelist for the Massachusetts Legal Answers Online, where she has drafted answers to questions posed by Massachusetts residents who otherwise may not have access to legal assistance.

Attorney Mason graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Political Science, from Villanova University with a Masters Degree in Political Science, and  cum laude from Suffolk University Law School with a Juris Doctorate.  She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New Hampshire federal district courts.

Additionally, she has been a member of the Massachusetts Women's Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
