
Biography Overview
Keith Allen was born in Brooklyn, NYC, and grew up on Long Island. As a child he would ride his bike to the Grumman Aircraft plant and watch the F-14 Tomcat fighter jets taking off and landing before they were delivered to the Navy, and dream of flying one of them one day. He then dedicated his high school and college careers toward attaining the goal of becoming a U.S. Navy fighter pilot. In 1990, Mr. Allen attained this dream and became a fighter pilot for the U.S. Navy and served his country during Desert Shield and Desert Storm .
After serving in the Navy, Mr. Allen attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Mr. Allen has practiced personal injury law for over 27 years, on both sides of the case. This has given him a unique perspective when evaluating and prosecuting cases for the victims. He can see the case from both sides and anticipate the arguments the defense attorneys will attempt to make and defeat those arguments. Mr. Allen has conducted more than 60 jury and non-jury trials, both in state and federal courts.
Mr. Allen is admitted to practice before all Courts in California, is admitted to practice before the Eastern and Central Districts of the Ninth Circuit of the Federal Courts, and has successfully argued before the U.S. District Court of Appeals, Central District of California. Mr. Allen is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C.
Mr. Allen has litigated in the areas of personal injury, product liability, catastrophic injury, motorcycle accident, and motor vehicle accidents. He is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
When he is not seeking justice for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his son. He enjoys skiing and camping with his son.
