Kaleigh Zurschmiede

Biography Overview

Originally from Wisconsin, Kaleigh has quickly adopted Kentucky as her home after moving to attend the University of Kentucky where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science.  She then went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Louisville – Brandeis School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in May 2020.

Kaleigh joined Morgan & Morgan as a law clerk in January 2019. While in law school, she was a member of the Law Review and Law Review Editorial Board, participated in Moot Court, and was a founding member of the Louisville chapter of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. 

When she’s not working For The People, she enjoys playing pub trivia with her boyfriend and taking their Great Pyrenees, Scooter, for walks that usually end at the ice cream shop.
