Biography Overview
Justin Hodges practices out of Morgan & Morgan’s downtown Orlando and Los Angeles offices. Mr. Hodges was born and raised in central Florida. He is a first-generation lawyer. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
Mr. Hodges has dedicated his practice to civil justice. Mr. Hodges is adept at handling a wide variety of personal injury cases and focuses his practice on contested premises liability matters. Mr. Hodges has extensive experience in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, complex orthopedic injuries, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Hodges worked with prestigious injury trial firms in Florida and California, where he managed those firms’ litigation and trial practice. Mr. Hodges is a member of the Florida and California state bars as well as the bar for the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. He further has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine – an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state’s young lawyers.
