Biography Overview

Jon Szabo has the privilege of being a personal injury trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s West Palm Beach office.  He prides himself on 24/7 availability, prompt communication, and aggressive representation of all clients.  He works tirelessly pursuing claims on behalf of those injured in trucking and automobile crashes, leaving no stone unturned and paying attention to every detail.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Szabo was a defense attorney/Partner handling the defense of catastrophic trucking, automobile, premises, and bodily injury and wrongful death cases across the state of Florida.  For nearly fifteen (15) years, he was part of a “rapid response team” often called to accident scenes within hours of a trucking crash or incident to preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of a claim from day one.  He has encountered and litigated hundreds of trucking and automobile claims since his law career commenced, including but not limited to cases involving punitive damages, impaired truck drivers, truck drivers on their cell phone, truck drivers over hours, fatigued and/or distracted truck drivers, trucking accidents caused by mechanical failures, truck drivers versus pedestrians, truck drivers versus pedestrians in construction zones, medically disqualified truck drivers, trucking accidents involving limited visible property damage, etc.  Put simply, he understands the trucking industry and the FMCSR’s, how the trucking companies operate and how these and other cases are defended by the corporation and/or their insurance carrier.  He uses that intimate knowledge to get justice for the people.
