Biography Overview
J.C. Daniel was born in Dawson, Georgia and was raised to love, respect, and appreciate people from all walks of life. J.C. has joined the Savannah office of Morgan and Morgan to fight for justice for clients who have been harmed by medical errors and mistakes by medical professionals and licensed health care facilities such as physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and rehab/therapy centers. He is an accomplished litigator with thirty years’ experience and sixty plus trials including fifteen years of experience in handling the defense of cases against physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes. J.C. also recently served for three years as General Counsel for a hospital where he gained valuable insight regarding patient rights, patient safety events, and quality assurance functions.
J.C. takes tremendous pride in being an officer of the court. He is rated AV preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and has twice been named a Georgia Trend Legal Elite.
Over the years, J.C. has coached several youth sports teams, and he also coached a high school team for four years in the Georgia Mock Trial Competition. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and tennis. He and his wife Kathy are empty nesters but have two cats and two golden retrievers.
