Biography Overview
Joan Polk received a B.S. degree in Social Work from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska, before going on to Creighton School of Law in Omaha, where she earned a J.D. in 1992.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Joan was a corporate in-house counsel for 25 years. She worked in the banking and payment processing industry for a large Fortune 500 company. Joan has experience in contract drafting and negotiations involving domestic and international transactions, with an emphasis on products and services used by financial institutions and merchants.
Joan resides in Omaha, Nebraska, and works remotely as a Document Review Attorney for Mass Tort and Class Action cases for Morgan & Morgan.
