Biography Overview
Jessica Lendermon is a dedicated attorney passionate about trial advocacy, bringing a wealth of experience to her role at Morgan & Morgan. A proud alumna of the University of South Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2009 before pursuing her Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law, graduating in 2012. Jessica’s strong passion for trial practice was evident from the start, earning her recognition during law school and setting the foundation for her career as a litigator.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, Jessica has devoted over a decade to serving the public interest, primarily representing indigent clients in various legal matters. She began her career as a Public Defender from 2014 to 2016, where she honed her advocacy skills in criminal defense. She then transitioned to the Department of Children and Families from 2016 to 2019, focusing on dependency law and safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable children. From 2019 to 2024, Jessica served with the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, further cementing her criminal and civil litigation expertise.
Now a litigator at Morgan & Morgan, Jessica draws on her extensive background to advocate for her clients with compassion and determination. Admitted to practice in the Northern District of Florida in 2024, she combines her passion for justice with a client-centered approach. Outside of work, Jessica values time spent with her family and giving back to her community, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others in all aspects of her life.
