Biography Overview
Jennifer Winn, a native Floridian, began her academic journey at the University of Florida, where she completed her undergraduate studies. Her passion for the legal field led her to pursue a Law Degree from Stetson College of Law, where she gained comprehensive knowledge and expertise in legal matters. Jennifer is an esteemed member of the Florida State Bar, showcasing her dedication and commitment to serving the legal community.
In her pursuit of excellence, Jennifer furthered her education by earning her LL.M in Environmental Law & Policy from the University of Vermont Law School in the Fall of 2022. This additional specialization has equipped her with a deep understanding of environmental regulations and policies, allowing her to approach complex litigation cases with a unique perspective.
Currently serving as an associate attorney in Morgan and Morgan’s Complex Litigation Group, Jennifer utilizes her diverse skill set and passion for environmental advocacy to handle intricate litigation cases nationwide. Her areas of focus include mass tort litigation, class actions, and other complex legal matters. Jennifer is an active member of the legal community, contributing her expertise to the Hillsborough County Bar Association and affiliating with organizations such as the Sierra Club's Suncoast Group and PADI as an Open Water Diver. Based in St. Petersburg, FL, Jennifer continues to make a positive impact through her legal work and dedication to environmental conservation.
