Biography Overview
James A. Kole is an attorney in the Tallahassee office of Morgan & Morgan. His practice is devoted to representing injured workers in Florida workers' compensation cases.
James graduated cum laude in three years with three majors in Political Science, History, and Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs from Miami University in Oxford, OH in 1990 and graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, TN in 1993.
James has practiced workers' compensation law since 1993; briefly representing employers and insurance carriers, but exclusively representing injured workers since 1994.
Since 2004, James has volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for abused and neglected children in the Florida court system. He was a finalist for the Glenn J. Winuk Humanitarian Award for his work as a Guardian ad Litem.
In his free time, James enjoys sports, reading history, home improvement projects, and living vicariously through his three children.
