Biography Overview
Hutch, a fourth generation Florida native, attended Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law where he earned dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees.
Hutch has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Pinder began his legal career working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, Hutch tried a multitude of different felony jury trials to verdict, including murder, sexual battery, drug trafficking, and child abuse. In 2009, Hutch accepted a position with a highly regarded boutique civil trial firm to try cases against tobacco companies and other large corporations. In this role, Hutch tried multi-week civil jury trials throughout the State of Florida and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.
Hutch is a past President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, where he was nominated by his peers to serve. The Florida Bar has recognized Mr. Pinder as a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an honor given to less than 2% of all attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. Hutch has been recognized on multiple occasions as one of “Florida Super Lawyers.” Mr. Pinder is also a graduate of Leadership St. Pete.
On a personal note, Hutch and his wife Jen live in St. Pete with their three children. Hutch is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. In support of his appreciation for the outdoors and need to conserve Florida’s natural marine resources, Hutch is a long-time member of Coastal Conservation Association, where he served as the State Executive Board Representative for Pinellas County.
