(770) 576-8699

Glenn Wells is a retired Marine who served for 21 years. Before the Marine Corps he was a homeless high school dropout. Just prior to his retirement he decided to attempt higher education. Since his retirement he has received four degrees, two of the at the graduate level.

Upon graduation of law school Mr. Wells was a local prosecutor in northern Georgia for a few years. Eventually, he was given the opportunity to serve as a decision writing attorney for the Veterans Affairs Board of Veterans Appeals. He brings an insider’s perspective and understanding to the Morgan & Morgan team regarding the complicated and sometimes frustrating area of Veterans claims. When a Veteran files a claim for benefits, he would apply the laws, regulations and policies of the VA to the evidence presented to make a decision.

Mr. Wells is passionate about helping Veterans and sees it as his true calling, and in June 2023 he decided that he could best serve Veterans by bringing his institutional knowledge to Morgan & Morgan and help represent Veterans whose claims have been wrongly denied. He is married 25 years in 2023 and has two children' one who is an officer in the United States Air Force and the other attending college in pursuit of an aeronautical science degree with a minor in astronomy (she wants to be a pilot).

Mr. Wells served as a sniper in Force Reconnaissance and Marine Special Operations Command. He deployed all over the world. He has also served with a plethora of different commands and military specialties which gives him a greater understanding what different individuals had to endure while serving our great nation.

Mr. Wells also donates his time as an active member of the Shepherdsmen, a steering committee member of the Cherokee County Veterans Treatment Court, and a council member of the Georgia State Law alumni council. Mr. Wells loves traveling with his wife, including spending time in their travel trailer. Mr. Wells has two dogs.
