Biography Overview
Gannon Coens was born in Kansas City, Kansas, but was raised in the suburbs of Fort Worth, Texas. After living in Texas for nearly 10 years, Gannon moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, just before starting high school, and went on to attend and graduate from Florida State University in 2013, earning a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. A True Seminole, Gannon then attended The Florida State University Law School, graduating and earning his J.D. law degree in 2015.
Gannon began his legal career focusing on the various areas of criminal defense, working in the field for nearly 10 years. During this time, Gannon had the opportunity to hone his skills as an experienced trial lawyer, litigating cases all over the State of Florida in both state and Federal court.
After a successful career in criminal law, looking for a new challenge and the best forum to continue fighting for people's rights, he decided to join the Personal Injury division of Morgan & Morgan, where the identical mission lies directly in the firm slogan - "For the People!"
Gannon is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Tallahassee Bar Association, and the William H. Stafford Inn of Court.
