Biography Overview
Fred began his law career at one of the largest corporate law firms in the country, primarily focused on representing large corporations in healthcare litigation. He soon realized his passion was in fighting on behalf of those injured by the carelessness and wrongdoing of others and protecting their rights. Fred then began work at a large plaintiffs firm that specialized in representing those catastrophically injured by nursing home abuse. Thereafter he started his own law firm and continued to focus on helping those injured by nursing home abuse in addition to medical malpractice and other types of personal injury cases. After seeing the amazing results that Morgan & Morgan achieved in securing justice for their clients, Fred joined the firm and now works primarily on premises liability cases.
Fred is a seasoned trial lawyer, recently securing a $2M+ verdict on behalf of a medical malpractice client in 2022 and multi-million dollar confidential trial settlement for a family that suffered systemic negligence at a large hospital chain in 2023.
Fred has a passion for teaching and helping people. Prior to law school, he taught seventh grade science at a public school in South Central Los Angeles. He credits his success to the love and support from his family and friends. He believes his ability to deliver results for his clients stems from treating them in the same way he would expect a lawyer to treat his own family if the same injury happened to one of them.
Fred is licensed to practice in both California and Arizona state and federal courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
