Biography Overview
Emery Reusch is a trial attorney on the national trucking team, where he represents individuals and families across the country who have been catastrophically injured or had a loved one killed in trucking or commercial motor vehicle crashes.
Emery's lifelong commitment to trial advocacy is reflected by the national awards he won in advocacy competitions throughout high school, college, and law school, culminating with the Everett Hullverson Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy at Saint Louis University School of Law.
Emery has had the honor of representing injured people in federal and state courts in nine different states over his career, to date. His attention to detail, compassion for his clients, commitment to telling their personal story, and willingness to take a case all the way to jury verdict has resulted in outstanding recoveries for injured people across the Midwest. His recent results include a $375,000 jury verdict in a case where the insurance company refused to offer even half of the $250,000 policy limits available, and a $2,000,000 unanimous federal court jury verdict for his client on a hard-fought premises liability case, where the final offer before trial was $30,000 and the defense attorney at trial recommended the jury award his client nothing.
When Emery is not actively fighting for his clients inside or outside the courtroom, he cherishes his time with his wife, their three young children, two dogs and a cat.
