Biography Overview
Elsa De Lima is an attorney primarily focusing her practice on personal injury and automobile accidents at Morgan and Morgan. She is a VA Accredited attorney who brings years of experience in catastrophic injuries, class actions, toxic and mass torts, personal injury, maritime and admiralty, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, and wrongful death. Ms. De Lima's litigation experience arises out of both, state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, Ms. De Lima was an integral part of the BP Oil Spill Litigation and also one of the lead counsels representing plaintiffs in a historic class action case against the City of Miami for its ownership and operation of the incinerator known as “Old Smokey.” Ms. De Lima has been involved in mass tort litigation related to AFFF, firefighting gear, water contamination, Opioids, Roundup, Zantac, and many other critical cases.
