David Horsley

Biography Overview

David Horsley, Esq., is an experienced attorney based at Morgan & Morgan's Birmingham office, specializing in personal injury cases, including car and boating accidents, brain injury, insurance claims, and more. Born and raised in Birmingham, David attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned his B.S. in Accounting in 2006, before pursuing his J.D. at the University of Mississippi School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2009.

David began his career representing clients in disputes against contractors, honing his advocacy skills while helping clients secure fair outcomes. Beyond his legal work, David has a strong commitment to animal welfare. He was the founding chair of the Young Professional Board for the Greater Birmingham Humane Society and continues to serve as a board member, actively supporting the organization’s mission in his community.
