Biography Overview
Daniel Munoz is a dedicated Workers' Compensation attorney with a passion for helping those who have been injured on the job. Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Daniel attended Fordham University, where he was a Division 1 Water Polo athlete for all four years. After completing his undergraduate studies in 2011, he pursued his law degree at Florida State University College of Law, graduating in 2015.
Following law school, Daniel moved to California, where he spent two years representing injured workers before transitioning to defending workers' compensation claims. This unique perspective from both sides of the workers' compensation process has equipped Daniel with the knowledge and experience to effectively advocate for his clients. Now, he is back to focusing on helping those injured at work, combining his defense background with his passion for fighting for his clients' rights.
Daniel is admitted to the California Bar and is an active member of the California Applicant Attorney Association. Outside of work, family is his top priority, and he loves spending time with his wife and three kids at the beach, attending sporting events, and going on hikes. A big fan of all things Florida State University, Daniel brings the same drive and commitment he had as a student-athlete to his legal practice, ensuring his clients receive the best possible representation.
